LCS connectivity issue while using data migration tool

Hi experts,

We are moving our infrastructure from D365 Finance Operations on-premises to on-cloud. We are using the following documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/lifecycle-services/move-on-prem-to-cloud.

At migration process step when we are trying to connect the Data Migration Tool with LCS, we are facing the below authorization error:

Unauthorized:{/Message/:/You don't have the required permissions to perform this operation./,/LcsErrorCode/:/PermissionDenied/,/ActivityId/:/7e7100ba-5408-44dc-aa61-10f294a2992b/,/IsSuccess/:false,/ErrorMessage/:/You don't have the required permissions to perform this operation./}

The account we are using is the Admin account and we use the same account for setting up the sandbox environment. On reviewing the exe.config file I see the few auth app settings parameters. Do I have to update these parameters or have to add these values in the sandbox and where?

Any recommendation or workaround is highly appreciated.
