Hello,
Microsoft Forms Pro has been successfully installed, a new survey created to be sent after a case is resolved, a flow configured to send it, and a flow created to update some fields on the Contact record.
Connections have been created successfully. Flows were checked -- no errors. Survey sends successfully when a case is resolved.
However, nothing is registering in Dynamics 365. There's no record of the survey ever being sent in the activities in Case, Accounts, or Contacts. There are no responses recorded in Forms Pro Survey Response.
What did I miss to cause the data not to make it into Dynamics 365?
