AOS unavailable

hello all,

after installing AX client on windows 10 machine and everything goes fine during the installation , when user try to open application he face this error:

the server is unavailable. check your configuration and network connection and try again.

but when I run the app with different account its running fine without any issue on the same machine !!!!

why ? what is the solution ?

    Are you sure that both accounts run the client with the same configuration?

    To verify this, please double check that you use an .axc config file that points to the correct AOS.

    I still suspect that it's not using the same configuration. You can verify by using Wireshark or some other tool where you can see the network traffic.

    Can you ping the AOS server from both client sessions?

    yes sure because I am on the same machine so I can ping the AOS

    yes, everything same because both on the same machine and same OS

    error no related to login to AOS or issue with domain account because if there any issue with account he will not able to login to windows

    Can he login to AX from another machine?

    How did you ensure that same .axc file is used for both users? Do you open AX client by clicking the .axc, or ax32.exe?

    Please try using .axc file. Everything that you have shared indicates that the users are not using the same configuration.
