Is there any way to restrict activities other than Tasks to specific role in CRM.

Activities: For a specific role, they should be able to add only Task here. I want to restrict other activities other than task. forum-q1.jpg

    Hi,

    Unfortunately you can only set permission for the Activity entity and not in the individual level. This means either you will have access to all activies or none.

    Hope this helps.

    USERrs dont have access to it. But, still they are able to see. We just want to hide this.
