Phone Call - Advance find doesn't show "call from" and "call to" fields

Hi,

I want to create one Advance Find View in which I want to fetch all Phone calls where "call from" or "call to" equals to current user. When I have opened Advance Find and selected "Phone Call" entity, I don't find these 2 fields in search criteria fields. Does anyone have workaround on this?

    Hi, 

    You can search it based on the Activity Parties. That is you can select Look for Phone Calls and then In the Select use Related -> Activity Parties.

    On a phone call the from and to fields make use of the activity parties entity, as the phone call could be to \ from multiple parties. Use the related option in your advanced find and filter on that.

    What if I need to search only with "Call From"? If I use Activity Parties, it will fetch all Phone Call activities having "Call From" OR "Call To" as value provided in criteria.

    You can use the Filter Option on View, instead of Advanced Find. Click on the Funnel on the View (right side), and then Click on the column, you can select the values that you want to see.

    When I click on funnel on right side of the view, I can't see filter option on "Call from" and "Call to" fields. I have filter option for other fields.

    I have achieved this in Advance Find. In Activity Parties, I have to check"Participation Type" to check "Call From" OR "Call To".
