We have a user who is working in AX, but there is no history in the user log and the usage data is also empty. Any idea why? Thank you

Did somebody clean up the user log for this user or do you possibly have a job / process that is doing that automatically?

Thank you for your answer. No nobody deleted the user log and there are no jobs to clean the log. The user is not even in the list of online users. Any idea?

Just to troubleshoot the issue, delete the user and reimport/create again and make sure his telemetry ID & provider details are correct in user screen.
Are you sure that you are looking for the correct user in the logs and Online users form?
If the user is online, then you would definetely see them on the Online users form.
Perhaps they are not online or not using the system.
