Net Amount is using Sales Price

HI Expert:

We are in the process of migrating our existing subscriptions in the other system going to D365 Finance and Operation. 

We are able to managed testing the sales header and sales order lines and no issue so far

However, we've noticed that the total amount of the sales order  is using the sales price not the net amount to calculate the Total invoice which causes the error 

Can someone help us please on how to fix this issue?

    Hi Frenzel,

    Are you saying that the amount here is the sales unit price? Did you try to change your selection?

    Hi Qian:

    yes, the sub total is adding all what were in  the unit price not the Net amount.

    Hi Frenzel,

    Net amount is not unitprice*qty , Net amount is the total receivable from customer including Discount, Tax , charges etc.... So please check if you have any one of them .

    Net Amount = (Unitprice*Quanitity - Discount ) + charges + Tax
