Greeting.
I'm traying to update from 10.0.17 to 10.0.26 on sandbox on prem environment, The version already updated when i checked the application
And there is no error in Service fabric explorer, but in LCS the status is getting failed.
Have you download the runbook logs?, it seems that you're able to login the Dynamics application, so it's a bit strange
Did the application itself get updated when you got ot about on the ERP?
On LCS, the UAT environment page, did you retry the deployment ?

yah the application got updated, & accessible, I've tried to retry many times but still getting failed
Okay, You might want to check the event viewer log on the primary SF VM to get the exact error.
i found this error when i checked event viewer on Orch

Could you check that the reporting service is running ?

I am suggesting you restart the VMs on the UAT one after the other, when they SF is up with all green, Go back to LCS and refresh the state.
