Besides setting the email setting in System Preferences what else must be done to be able to use the Send To button to email via PDF. Right now if I send any report to the screen and then click Send To and Mail Recipient(PDF) GP simply locks up.
Hi Richard, unfortunately you can't anymore. I remember seeing some blog post from Microsoft about it.
As Derek said, you'd have to use a PDF printer or some kind of third party reporting tool to export reports to PDF.

With Modern Authentication enabled, both the 'Send To' > 'Mail Recipient (Text)' and 'Mail Recipient (PDF)' options, when printing a report to screen, are no longer valid and will not work.
For PDF, we recommend using Microsoft Print to PDF or using a template to email as PDF.
