Hello,
it seems that the responses are not saved in the CRM this morning. We have faced some delays on last week but it seems like it completly stopped this morning (and we need to make a presentation this afternoon).Is there anything happening in the back end ? Is this a known issue ?

It seems that when the "only people in my organization can respond" option is enabled in the distribution settings, it's not working properly (it looks quite unstable, either super slow or not saving responses at all).
