From what I understand you can connect serviceNow to MS Dynamics 365 CRM using a web API as mentioned in the document.

- Real-time access to customer issues and priorities
- Communication on the work items from the native systems itself
- Real-time updates when a customer issue is resolved
What part of ServiceNow are you using? What do you need to integrate? Why not just Dynamics by itself?

It all will depend on the integration needed. You can use Microsoft Flow. Flow has a connector to Dynamics 365 and Service now.
Other option is to use Web APIs and integrate with Service now. This would require customization, Azure service bus ...
