Dear All,

Physically i have inventory available in my warehouse but still i am unable to move my inventory out.

Hi Haider,

The error message says that 0 qty in the on hand for Site=ST-01 and Warehouse=BR=04. The onhand form that you showed, It's the sum up of all qty on hand from all site and warehouse. So you can pick the qty on hand from other site and warehouse by change inventory dimension in the journal.

Please provide inventory transactions of the item in the site and warehouse.

It sounds like you are configured to not allow negative physical at Site level but to allow it Warehouse level

So if something has been reserved, or has been mis-booked/misold then you may see a situation like:

Total Site inventory = 0, wh1= 5 , wh2 = -2, wh3= -1, wh4 = 3, wh5= -7

At Site level there are none available to pick but for wh 1 and wh 4 that will seem odd. However for the system if it controls at Site level then there is no available stock.

This also happens on Dynamics 365. "1.00 cannot be picked because only 0.00 is/are available from the inventory"

I have 488 items available on Warehouse 11 Site ID 1, but I get above message when I try to register the picking list :(

Feel free to start a new thread, and maybe include a screenshot of the error and a screenshot of the On-hand inquiry showing why you think you have enough inventory.

Hi everybody,

I know that it is an old post but I found a proper answer for such inquiry.

This problem happened when the organization decided not to Allow Financial negative inventory in the Inventory Model Group, and the problematic item is newly purchased and is not invoiced yet so that the system unable to calculate the cost. The purchase invoice must be posted first then you can Post the journal easily.
