Hi,
I have a CIF api running on omnichannel customer service but I can't even get close to load it on omnichannel customer service on USD. The same api runs without any problems on Sales hub on USD. Do I need to configure something additional so that it loads in omnichannel customer service?

Please go over all the documentation provided to configure omnichannel inside USD to achieve the requirement.
