I'm trying to add a new quick form or editable sub-grid to the Field Services Mobile App when an engineer is within a booking that shows relevant customer assets. Essentially I want engineers to be able to see a list of assets which are allocated to the Service Account that the booking has been made for, but I can't seem to find an 'associated view' for this either.
Any pointers greatly appreciated, I'd have assumed this would have been a default but apparently not.
You will need to bring the Service Account field to the Booking, so you will be able to add a form control in the booking to show the account form with a subgrid of the Customer Assets.
You can use Flow or a Plug-in to set the field Service Account in the bookings.
Alternatively, you can develop a web resource to that will fetch and create a list for you.
Note: Consider reviewing the Offline Profile to include those customer assets.
