Adding a reason code to the change position screen

Hi All,

I am trying to add a new reason type into the compensation part in the "Change position" (also known as Transfer worker to a new position assignment) screen.

I did mark Compensation in the reason codes scenarios, but it only appears if I want to change fixed compensation of an employee:

And here it still doesn't show the reason code I added:

Is there a step I'm missing? I would appreciate any ideas.

    Hi Magda,

    You need to open the form 'Fixed compensation actions' to be able to add new actions. The reason codes are used as transfer reason when you change the position.
