my users are having issue where they cannot assign the case record from a team (which the user is part of this team as well) to themselves (assign to me). previously they were able to do that.
this is the error from the log that I downloaded:

I have double checked that this user has role and access for case entity for write and assign as well. is there any idea how to troubleshoot this kind of issue?
