I am having an issue where one of my triggers in the customer journey map does not recognize that the participants attended the event though they have checked in at the event. This affects my Customer Journey map where the trigger are unable to catch those who have attended the event and send them a thank you for participating email instead a you have missed our event email. Anyone has any idea where did i go wrong in the setting up my trigger?
I have multiple Customer journeys where this trigger has been working fine for a year. I am thinking whether your users actually have time to check all the registrants in? 1 hour timeframe is really tight and this might be happening because it is time sensitive when are the registrants checked in. Try putting 24 hours and do the check-in yourself so you'll know whether it is about that tight time frame.
