In the Form setup (setup section), you can specify if and which notes will be printed on each document.

ok in this case if i want add note for every lines how can i display that note for every line ?

The picking list report is based on data in a temporary table. A data provider class is filling this temporary table. You probably have to add a new field and add a line in the data provider class. If you want to use the same field on the report, you can concatenate or replace the value in the existing field in the DP class. I don't know the exact object names, but you should be able to find it using reverse engineering or debugging.
