Custom help balloon - auto show

Hello,

I am trying to use custom help pages for a new feature. However, I see from this documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/create-custom-help-pages that the user needs to go into /?/ pane, then click on specific links to bring up the balloons, which seems not very helpful. Instead is there a way to call these specific balloons, for example on page load? That way we don't have to expect the user to know that there is a new change. This is similar to how other applications do, like outlook or anything. Is there such a capability in Dynamics 365 Model Driven Apps?

thanks,
Manoj.
