Hello,
Our client is getting error as "Method 'system.servicemodel.communicationObjectFaultedException.Detail' not found" while trying to upload a journal from Excel file.
This client is using AX from Windows terminal server. Other users are able to upload the same file with same access and are also using windows terminal server.
I dont think increasing the Cancel Timeout and Send Timeout values in Binding information could solve this problem because other users are able to upload. So could any one tell me what are the other possible solutions for this problem.

and the excel version?
incase you start excels, and you connect to ax (dynamics AX tab) does that one works fine?
Excel is installed on the machine and are using AX 2012..
is ax 2012 or 2009?
is excel installed on the same machine ax client is running?
You are getting a windows communication foundation error(hence, the system.servicemodel reference). Wcf errors, thankfully, are easy to trace down. Can you start by enabling IIS tracing for me so we can see more information. I wrote a blog post called 'troubleshooting Enterprise Portal Performance' where I gave a detailed walkthrough with screenshots on how to do it. You just need to enable it on the proper service. I am knee deep with resolving problems for a client also at the moment, but I will try to come on tomorrow.
Please let me know if someone has similar problem, I am looking for solution. Please help.

Its a JV upload. I cannot have the same file because its a Production data and client will not share with me. Others are able to upload the same file without any error who have the same privileges. Could you please say what could be the reason?

I do think it's a time out of sorts. You didn't say what kind of journal, but can you try halving the file and seeing if it uploads?
