Double accrual of Annual Leave in random months

Hi. May you kindly assist. I just discovered that there have been double annual leave accruals happening on some employees and some months in the Talent/Human Resources environment. What causes this and how can I fix it?

    You can try to delete the record from Leave and absence bank transaction entity through excel  workbook designer.
