Customize Duplicates found view in Duplicate Detection

Hi Team,

I come across an issue in customizing the columns shown on Duplicates found: view in duplicate detection dialog we get when configured the duplicate detection. We get two views
  1.  Current Record
  2.  Duplicates found:
As per MS Learn Documentation, I could able to manage in customizing the columns for /Current Record/ View. But unable to find a way to customize columns for Duplicates found view.

While checking the network logs, I found a web api call returning only those 3 columns in Duplicates Found View. So, I thought these columns are dynamically getting pulled out and unable to find a way to explore further.  Please share your inputs around this on the possibilities/ approaches.

Customize Duplicates found view in Duplicate Detection
Hi @Marco Grimaldi. It looks like the field is automatically added in the grid view after you add the field as part of the criteria for duplicate detection. For example below I add Job title as another criteria to check for duplicate detection in Contacts.

Then the Job Title is automatically added in the top grid(Current record) and below grid(Duplicate record)

    Hi,
the LOWER grid is dynamic, based on the fields selected in the duplicate detection rule.

Question: Can you tell me how you manage to customize the GRID on the TOP?

Customize Duplicates found view in Duplicate Detection
@Leah Ju  Thank you for your inputs on this. Yeah, it seems - we cannot be able to change it. But this is changing from Org to Org. When I asked my friend to validate - they have another column added to duplicates found view. Not sure how this view is being generated. To overcome this issue, I come up with an approach to use Custom Pages as below...

Ignore and save : simply saves the record and closes the window
Merge: Merges the current record with the record selected from duplicates gallery
    Cancel: Simply closes the window.

The work is still in-progress, but this might solve the issue.

    Hi Partner,
It seems to be by-design, we can't customize it.
