Product centric is a requirement

Hi experts,

We have a requirement to mimic an old system which is built for Product centric - means that client go for the product page and search for the specific range of product filters as they wish. The old system uses this saved query to be a segment of product and the system will send the email for the customer as long as the product will be available based on the saved query.

If we import/migrate the same query into the D365 Marketing which is customer centric - that would be a huge segmentations based on each unique query. It's not possible to manage and it seemed to be very opposite with current spirit of D365 Marketing design.

Any suggestion/idea will be highly appreciated.

Thank you.

    Hi,

Sorry but from your description I cannot tell what problem you are facing. What do you want to do with Marketing?
