Unable to Set Up Data Lake as a Data Source

I am in the process of configuring Customer Insights but cannot create a data source to allow me to import a csv from Azure Data Lake Storage for use in the unification process.

Private links are in place, approved and verify in the setup process.
Customer Insights sucessfully identifies the subscription, resource group, storage account and container where the file is created.
The 'Dynamics 365 AI for Customer Insights' service principal is part of the Storage Blob Data Contributor role on the storage account.
I am admin on the environment but not the owner (the owner has also reached the same errors).

After some time processing an error is returned which reads:

Error: Server error occurred. Container 'customer-insights-inputs' of storage account 'xxxmysotrageaccount' could not be verified. Please try again later.
Request ID: 00f4e43c-e850-4401-a746-e28b70d84d1e
Time: 16/10/2023, 09:02:21
I have also tried creating a lake database in Azure Synapse to provide an alternative route for the data. Attempts to create a connection to the database using the Azure Synapse Analytics source leads to the following error when trying to create a connection:

Retry failed after 4 tries. Retry settings can be adjusted in ClientOptions.Retry or by configuring a custom retry policy in ClientOptions.RetryPolicy. (The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found. (my-snapse.dev.azuresynapse.net:443)) (The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found.
Can anyone provide any advice on how to proceed so that we can pull data in to the environment?

Thanks in advance, Barney

    Hi,

Based on the error message you provided, this may be related to the stored account container.
You can try assigning one of the following roles to the container.
    · Storage Blob Data Reader
    · Storage Blob Data Owner
    · Storage Blob Data Contributor

If the issue persists, it is recommended that you raise a support ticket to the Microsoft official.

    Best Regards,
