Workflow for Purchase quote approval

Dear all,

I want to setup workflow for approval on purchase quote via these condition terms:

- for amount <= 50000, only 3 persons should approve with the same sequence.

- for amount > 50000, the document should be approved by the first 3 persons as above, and include another one user 

now i setup as picture below (I copy from template) , and it didn't work on all above condition. so, how can i setup it??

    Hello,

    Create a "Workflow User Groups" and then assign it.

    See the bellow screenshot for creating Workflow user groups.

    In response "Create approval entries", i already setup as workflow user group

    now, when i send PR with amount less than 50000, it send approval to every user in workflow user group. For my question is, how can i setup to send approval to another user when i send PR with amount more than 50000.

    Hello,

    You have to create two workflows based on your requirement, and based on requirement you have to set the Approval Type.

    See the bellow screenshot for two workflows.

    Condition 1 : Amount is less than 50000.

    Hi,

    I want to create a condition for which the amount is between e.g 10000 and 25000. how should i specify this in a workflow condition.
