Hello,
I deleted 200,000+ completed system jobs this morning but noticed the "Capacity" page of the admin center still shows the same amount of storage being used. How often does this page update to show the latest information?

Hi,
The capacity report is refreshed the data periodically in a async way. There's no guarantee about a delay in the report. Basically, you should be able to see the data is refreshed within 24 hours. Sometimes, the data will be delay for a long period due to the incoming volumes on the service. If the data is delayed for more than 1 day. You should submit the service request to Microsoft support. They will help you to investigate the reason of delay and fix the data.
