Enquiry form taking too much time to execute.

Hi All,

We have migrated our AX from on-premise environment to cloud environment and under that We have an enquiry form in Production namely "Product batch expiration" which is taking around 20+ mins to execute in the cloud servers whereas the same form took around 40 seconds in the on-prem environment. Apart from the product batch expiration form all the other inquiry forms are executing normally.

Can someone please help us on how to rectify this performance error we are facing.

Hi,

can you confirm the issue is related with any development ?

if yes you must look in code otherwise open MS support ticket !

I would into the database (long-running queries etc.) rather than with code. Some data can be accessed through LCS, but connecting directly to the DB (of a non-prod environments) is usually more useful.
