Unable to Change Attachment View

Hi All,

Is there any way to change the attachments view ? I wanted to remove columns from Activity Attachment View for Email view.

    I do not believe there is a supported way to remove columns from the 'Activity Attachment View for Email' view. There will not be a save option.
