I’m working on setting up a newsletter subscription form using Customer Insights - Journeys, and I need to include the usual privacy consent checkbox for data processing.
In most standard signup forms, there's always a checkbox that users must tick to agree to the privacy policy or terms of data processing before they can submit their information. However, I couldn't find a clear way to implement this in Customer Insights - Journeys.
I checked the documentation, and I noticed that the Privacy Statement was previously available in outbound marketing landing pages, but since outbound marketing is being deprecated, I can’t rely on that anymore.
So my questions are:
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
