Hi Everyone,

According to the documentation in this link, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/security/data-security?tabs=record-level,
it says that I can make some records only visible to some users that have the privilege to see or edit it.

My question is:

Is this applicable?
Do you have an example of how to implement it?

Like, if you want to filter some group of Items to specific users, you can use the security filter given in permission set in individual table.

Thanks for your answer, Nilesh.

So, is this group of items you're mentioning like a sort of flag? like a field with a value "CONFIDENTIAL" and set only authorized users that can look into the record.

if that's so, I have to make a process to change the flag so the record flag can be dynamically changed.

is this the right way?
