Is there a way to edit the billable time for a case that has been completed and closed? I have a large number of cases that have a resolution billable time not reflected in the case billable duration.

You can try to edit it using console application with SDK, this field is located in Case Resolution entity.
But , if you are using entitlement , this is not recommended, because the billable time will affect the calculation in entitlement.
