I'm having issues with Form Capturing creating Contacts and wondering if anyone can point me to the right direction. I've actioned all the steps mentioned in the original MS documents (see below) . However, Form Capturing isn't creating Contacts. Only able to track Visits. Here's my environment settings. - Use Optimizely CMS for creating form - The fields are pretty simple: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone - Tried placing autogenerated form capturing code in both <header> and <body> tab - Additionally, place javascript API as suggested by MS document -> MsCrmMkt.MsCrmFormLoader.sendFormCaptureToCrm(form);

Please check if your script is placed in the right place, if the script is placed in the wrong place, it may not work. 2. Please check if there is any problem with your form mapping, incorrect mapping may cause the record not to be created when submitting. 3. According to the official documentation you provided, OBM has two ways of hosting forms, you can also try another one.
