Printing Labels

Hello,

until the BC Version 24.1 we were printing our Labels with custom sizes through the Universal Print Integration. The latest Update to 24.2 made this process impossible, because when we choose the size “Custom. The paper size is defined by the user.”, the printing Jobs don’t get handled to Azure. Only a few sizes like A4, A3 etc. still work.
Is someone affected by this update the same way? How can we else print labels from our BC Saas Environment on our local printers?

I don't remember hearing this problem with version 24.2, you could also additionally post the query in the official viva engage(yammer. ) group.

Hi,

the problem results because of this new line in the procedure CreatePrintJobRequest:

BodyConfigJsonObject.Add('mediaSize', ConvertPaperSizeToUniversalPrintMediaSize(UniversalPrinterSettings."Paper Size"));

Because of the additional line, we get this Failure Message:

not sure if you refer to printing barcodes labels, if so, there are great free barcode printing app on BC marketplace.
