Login error for LCS

Hi Team

We had configured an instance from Dynamics LCS portal. Admin user can able to access the URL for dynamics and finance operations portal, but the other users which are in same domain cannot able to access the portal url for dynamics and finance.

Error:

you are not authorized to login with your current credentials.

We also assigned those users with admin permissions from LCS portal user management.

Hi,

Please make shure that :

1. users are enabled

2. users not have a diplicate telemetry IDs

3. Users whose telemetry ID desn't match the object ID from MS Entra ID

Otherwise you can delete user and recreate the user.

Hi

This must be an issue with your user config. Do the have the enabled flag set to true/on? Any other issues with fields on there?

You need to log in and import the user or create a new user and Give the role of Administrator

If the Domain user follow:

If outside domain> Guest:
