I am attempting to calculate the difference between two dates. The formula is correct as far as I can tell and I don't receive any errors. However, the field value displays in hours instead of days.
I tried to change it to weeks to see if that tricks the system to display days but it says minutes (even worse). The number appears to be accurate (with the exception of hours but it I multiple that by 60??) but the label is wrong. If I change it to a decimal number I get the correct results however, that doesn't make sense.
I would really like to be able to use the appropriate function and have it working properly.
So it appears that if I use the data type text or decimal number, I get the correct results. I do not understand why the data type whole number displays a decimal and a label of hours or minutes when the formula I used is DiffInDays.
In summation, use the data type text with this calculated field.
