I'm having an issue when Im closing order for example here in attached, I clicked the "OK" button.
When it prints out there's no batch number on the output, also there's no print to screen option for this, are there any parameters?
or there way to print to screen this issue? This process is new to me, thank you.

If I'm not mistaken this is a 'Report as finished' form which is not fully standard. The default feature is not automatically printing reports. If this is part of your process when you click the OK button, there might be a customization starting a particular report. Can you verify with a developer or your partner if a customization is in place? If so, this would need to be extended to print the batch number or there might be already a setting on the report to choose which tracking dimensions will be printed on the report.
