Hi all, hope we're all well
Context:
We're currently working with a marketing manager who used to work with HubSpot.
Apparently he was able to add an interactive calendar into the body of his emails so that customers who didn't answer the phone could schedule a time to call them back.
Problem:
Doing some research, and playing around with a dummy Marketing instance so I don't break anything, I'm not able to find anything similar in Dynamics 365 that can do what he's after.
Please note: I'm currently majoring in the Sales module, so maybe there's just something a marketing-illiterate individual such as myself may have missed.
The best I can think of is adding a form from Customer Voice into the body of an email, or using the QR Code or Teams Check-In modules.
That being said, I'm not convinced that they'll serve this purpose without some additional heavy-lifting from other components like Power Automate or Workflows (which would then defeat the purpose of this in the first place).
Suspicion:
I believe that he may have had plugins installed to facilitate this.
Example:
I made a mock-up of what this could look like in the Email Designer to give you a visual idea on what I'm looking for.
Any and all help would be appreciated
Thanks,
RSTSi
