Cannot see the order history & cannot Synchronize online orders

Hi

I just placed the order on the Retail online store.

It shows like this. If I click anyone of the order number. Error shows like this:

But i cannot view the status.

After that, Now I am facing error while "Synchronize online orders" to the AX side.

I just went to the AX side & just did create action & ran the "P_0001-OC" job after that i just did the "SYNCHRONIZEONLINEORDER" at that step the Dynamics AX 2012 R2 is not responding (for past 150 Minutes). Like this i tried for lot of times. Can you please help me.

    As for the error while trying to click on the order in the History page, please locate a matching error (with the source something like Dynamics Ax Retail) in Windows Event Viewer and paste it here.

    As for the synchronization issue - is that a demo VM or the machine you deployed from scratch? Are SharePoint and AX on the same machine or not? How much RAM/processors does the machine have?

    What exactly version of the product you are using - is that R2 or CUx/CTPx(which one?) ?

    Hi Sergey,

    I just ran the Modes of Delivery job. Now I can view the Order in the site.

    I'm using the Microsoft partner source image. I'm using it on Hyper-V. I have i5 processor with 32GB RAM Memory. I allocated the 24GB RAM Memory for the Virtual machine. I'm using R2.

    Hi Sergey,

    I have one more problem. While "synchronize online orders" it's not responding.

    I ran the P-0001_oc job & then i ran synchronize online orders but it's not responding. So i just analyzed & ran the N-1115_oc job, the registered customer details & the customer address can be seen in AX side which is registered on the sharepoint site.

    I had already mention about the "Synchronize online orders" issue in another forum. This is the site:
