Batch job consolidation

Hi All,

I have a four batch job which is having dependencies.I want to create a new batch job which includes all the dependency 4 batch jobs logic. I dont want to add it as a seperate task in batch form.Is there any logic behing to call multiple classes in a single class.

    Hi Kavitha,

    To be able to suggest something, you need to provide coding or summarized pseudo coding how you did the 4 jobs before and now 1 class with all in it.

    Hi Andre,

    Please find below the details:

    Creating a purchase order-1st batch.

    Confirming the PO - 2nd batch.

    Invoicing the PO -3 rd batch.

    Sending email the report -4th batch.

    So all the batch job running sucessfully seperately all have dependencies. They extending each class one after the other .

    My task is to consolidate all four batch job .So i create a class which uses the logic of all 4 classes its running all the four process in a fine way but when i try to add in a batch its only creating the PO not processing the other.

    Hi Kavitha,

    Can you provide some more information where you exactly select the batch processing job? Can you describe the steps of your attempt?

    Hi Andre,

    I can do the coding by constructing all the classes in the main method , from the AOT  when i try to run the class its processing all four batch perfectly and getting output as expected but if i select batch processing checbox to enable its executing only the first job alone.

    Do you need a guidance how to do this using x++ coding or do you want to use the user interface and set it manually?
