How to integrate Dynamics CRM Online and Dynamics NAV and couple the customer/vendor records in both application

Hi,

I need to perform full integration between Dynamics CRM Online and Dynamics NAV Customers/Vendors and to couple these 2 records seaminglessly.

I have performed the required integration setup in Dynamics NAV and it is able to sync the CRM customers/vendors records.

I am encountering issues to go one step further to treat Dynamics CRM Customers/Vendors as Dynamics NAV Customers/Vendors and that there is no need to import Dynamics CRM Customers/Vendors record to Dynamics NAV manually using RapidStart.

    I managed to perform 1st level integration between Dynamics NAV and CRM Online by using the 'Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connection Setup' in Dynamics NAV.

    1. In Dynamics NAV under Sales & Marketing-Microsoft Dynamics CRM-Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accounts, I can see all the CRM Online records synced from CRM Online to Dynamics NAV

    2. In Dynamics NAV under Financial Statements-Receivables-Customers, there is no record at all

    My question relates to the next step on maybe 'coupling'. I need to create customer records in CRM from the CRM Online Account records where the relationship type is 'Customer'.

    Do I have to 'couple' each CRM Account to Dynamics NAV Customer manually? Or can I do that in batches?

    What exactly issue are you facing? Has the synchronization performed well? Are you facing some error or just the records do not appear in NAV?
