Receive Purchase Order Items via econnect?

I'm an experienced software engineer but I'm new to Dynamics GP.

I wonder if someone can point me in the right direction.
I'm trying to figure out how to take the same action as clicking the "Receive" button in the screenshot below.
But I want to do it automatically from another system.
Is there a way to do that with econnect or by calling a stored procedure directly?
Just to be clear, I already have the PO and Line Items in GP. I just need to receive them.
