Display Settings affecting data visibility in some fields

Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and how it was addressed?

I have a user who requires his display settings to be at Medium (125%) due to poor eyesight.  We recently swapped out his desktop PC for a thin client and have him accessing AX 2012 R2 CU7 through a virtual desktop.  When he goes to 'Procurement & Sourcing > Common > Purchase Orders > Planned Purchase Orders' everything looks good with the exception of the lower pane below the grid.  This pane contains summary info specific to the Purchase Order Number that has been selected in the grid including: Item Number, Product Name, Reference, and dates.

With display settings at Normal (100%) all data in those fields is visible.  At Medium (125%) or higher the data in the Item Number and Product Number fields disappears.  AX still recognizes that it's there because if you hover over the fields the pop-up will show extended info from the Item Number field.  If you click on the field it will open the Released Product Details screen.

I've verified that this happens on both my physical machine, as well as in my virtual desktop.  So it's not just specific to his user account.  But I can't find anything out there that addresses, or even mentions this issue.  Closest I've found was how to fix font size and spacing by disabling display scaling on high dpi settings.  Tried that just in case, but no luck.

Any suggestions?  We will be updating to R3 CU9 within the next few months, so if there's a fix in there that would be super convenient.

    Hi André

Have a look at the blogs from Guy. In fact in R3 the sizes 125% and above are currently not supported.

Ok, perfect.  That confirms what we've been seeing so far.  Thank you!

(We may have found a workaround by setting his virtual desktop to a lower resolution.  The text isn't quite as large as the Medium setting, but so far the fields seem to still be showing the data.)
