How to change the business process flow owner

Hi All

I have a consultant that will not longer be working on our system and I would like to change the business process flow owner to myself. I can do this easily for a workflow but not for a Business process flow .

Any ideas ?

Hi,

To change the owner of a Business process flow, you can go to Settings --> Processes.

In the list of all the processes, select the process that you want to the change owner for and click assign on top.

Thanks but Iam on Unified interface version that option is not available

Hi,

In UCI, when you access your instance with the URL or when you're inside an app, click on the gear icon on the top right corner (as per the screenshot below) and go to Advanced settings.

This will lead to the following page where in you can go to Settings --> processes.

Select the required process and click Assign on top.

You could also assign a process by going to advanced find on the top right . Filter Look for 'processes' and click Results. Select the required process and click 'Assign processes'.
