same user detail will be open on each user

Hi all ,

when I open the form system administrator->all users the form will be open with a filter on a specific user , when I Remove filter its work and all the user will be shown on a list , when i click on a specific user the same user detail will be opened that was in a filter .There is no customization in a code, I have also clear the usage data . How to resolved this ?

Hi Kainaat,

If you mention 'All users', I do think you might be using Dynamics 365 and not Dynamics AX (In Dynamics AX 2012 and before it was just 'Users'). In case of Dynamics 365, can you check if the 'Saved views' functionality is enabled and if there might be a default view with this filter?
