Provisioning Dynamics 365 for Talent

Posted on by 3,497

Hi All,

I am trying to provision a Talent trial to test-drive the Core HR experience.

However, in LCS, while creating a new project, I do not see the option for 'Dynamics 365 for Talent'.

I am logged in using my organization id.

My organization is a Microsoft partner, and furthermore, I have a Dynamics 365 for CE, Dynamics 365 for Talent license assigned to me.

I am also the Global Admin on Office 365,

Thanks in advance!

    Hi Shidin,

There is a 5 seat minimum for the Talent license (on Core)

I didn't know this made an impact to not be able to configurate it in LCS without an error - Thank you for that information!

    Hi Anders,

Which licenses did you have to buy?

    Thanks,

    Thanks André

I found out why. A minimum of 5 licenses must be bought to make it work...

    Hi Anders,

It is about enabling the licenses for your organization. That is managed by Microsoft.

Can anyone tell how this controlling can be assigned? And what controlling it is?

    Hi Shidin,

Apart from Azure/Office admin, there is some controlling that needs to be linked to your organization by Microsoft. You can possibly also find more information on Partnersource. You can also try to contact your Microsoft Partner account manager or Microsoft support.
