Facing issue in test connection of Async Client

Hi all,

I am facing issue "test connection failed during installation of async client". 

First, I was facing error of certificate because it was expired. I have created new one and attach it to my async server app pool.

Still facing the test connection failure.

In eventviewer, I am getting this log,

WebHost failed to process a request.

    There is an invisible space at the beginning of the key when you copy paste from certificate.

    You can only discover with arrow keys on your keyboard.

    In notepad file thumb print may take blank space initiallly. write the complete thumbprint by typing, no copy paste.

    Hi Hazan,

    Did you already fixed the issue? I have the same problem.

    Did you just create a new certificate and change the thumbprint in web.config?

    Did you mask the server name in the event viewer for security reasons or it was the showing the same way in event viewer ? If you din't mask it, I recommend checking the URL for the web service.

    Make sure to get rid of spaces and that pesky hidden character at the beginning of the thumbprint if you are copying and pasting.

    Hi Hassan,

    Did you change certificate thumbprint in web.config file of Async Server after changing the certificate?

    have you update Web.config file with the thumbprint of the new certificate ?
