Microsoft Dynamics NAV report layouts

Microsoft Dynamics Nav report layouts, when I create a new custom layout and select insert layout, I get a blank page in Microsoft Word.  Do I have to import or run something to be able to see the layouts?

    ASFAIK, it wont create any word layout. we have to create from scratch.
