Dear All,
I have two GL accounts that aren't showing up when I lookup them from MR i.e., Link to Financial Dimensions.
I have tried to refresh cached financial data with no success. The accounts already have the amounts.
Kindly assist.
If you are using the Data Mart, you'll want to start with rebuilding it.
A simple way to see if an account is showing up in MR is to verify the default company is set in MR to the one with the account you are looking for.
Then, from a new Row, you can either go to Edit > Insert Rows from Dimensions and set all segments to ampersands. that will create a row with all accounts.
Alternatively, you can click the ellipsis (...) in Link to FInancial Dimensions line of the new row. For there, you can continue to click the ellipsis for the segment you want to look up. The final look up will show you the values it finds for the segments.
