Error on Job Queue Codeunit 1509

Hey guys,

I am setting up Job queue to send out notification of Approval.

But the Job Queue is showing the error as below, 

Transaction failed. My hardware vendor checked nothing wrong with my SMTP Mail Setup.

Any Idea on this?

    Hi,

    This error occurs when you have authenticated using one email address but sending email from another one. May be its your case also that you are using some general email account in smtp setup. You need to update O365 account settings so you can send email on behalf of other.

    Thanks for the reply!! Just to confirm, I should setup on my email for "Send on behalf" or setup on the general mailbox ?

    You need to select General email in send on behalf
