When Switching companies it always goes back to Home(Role Center) Module, Is there any way to disable this behavior?

When Switching companies it always goes back to Home(Role Center) Module, Is there any way to disable this behavior?

 

For Instance: I Choose Accounts Payable, and start working, then switch companies,  it atomatically switches back to the home module.

 

I want a role center for both companies I  just dont want it to always switch to it every time I change companies.
